Social democrat leader Victor Ponta said Monday after a party meeting social democrats support a proposition of senator Dan Sova to ask the Court to annul the Parliament's decision to reject the opposition's motion of no confidence.
The motion was rejected last week, as it garnered only 212 votes and needed at least 236 to pass. Only 216 MPs cast valid votes and only five were from parties in the ruling coalition.
