Romania’s national futsal team defeated Czech team Friday, 8-4 (2-2), in the first game of its first participation in the final tournament of the European Futsal Championship.

Thus, the Romanian team runs in the A group classification.

Players Matei (‘11, ‘36, ‘39 pen), Gherman (’16), Lupu (’22, ’34), Molomfalean (’23) and Szocs (’31) scored for Romania, while Romanian Dobre (’14 own goal), Sluka (‘17), Resetar (‘26) and M. Mares (‘29) scored for the Czech team.
