Romanian authorities decided the start of procedures to list 15% stakes in electricity distributors Electrica Distributie Transilvania Sud, Electrica Distributie Transilvania Nord and Electrica Distributie Muntenia Nord, government spokesman Dan Suciu said Tuesday.
