Coronavirus: More than 2.900 new cases of COVID-19 and 90 deaths in Romania

As of Thursday, 71.513 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Romania, and 666.001 patients have been declared cured.

In the last 24 hours, 2.901 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 have been registered.

As of Thursday, 18.105 people diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died, and 90 of them were reported in the last 24 hours to 57 men and 33 women. The deceased patients were infected with the new coronavirus, hospitalized in Alba, Argeş, Bacău, Bihor, Bistriţa-Năsăud, Brăila, Botoşani, Braşov, Buzău, Călăraşi, Cluj, Caraş-Severin, Dâmboviţa, Dolj, Galaţi, Hunedoara, Ialomiţa, Iaşi, Maramureş, Mureş, Prahova, Sibiu, Sălaj, Satu Mare, Suceava, Teleorman, Timiş, Tulcea, Vaslui, Ilfov and Bucharest.
